RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
Chosen Wan Apparel does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, missing apparel tags, or damaged in any way by the purchaser. Please recognize this policy before returning product via mail. There are no exceptions.
Chosen Wan Apparel will gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise. All hat sales are final, we do not accept returns for hats. Chosen Wan Apparel accepts returns for exchange ONLY. We do not perform cash or credit card refunds on returned items. When you make purchases at www.chosenwanapparel.com you will receive an email with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
If your order contains defective or incorrect merchandise, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning or exchanging an item. We only accept returns and exchanges 14 days from date of delivery. You will receive an e-mail back from us with return or exchange instructions. On returned items you will only be credited the amount of the merchandise, you will not be credited for shipping costs.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All orders sent back for return will be refunded less the amount of shipping. If you are exchanging then you will need to submit a new order on www.chosenwanapparel.com and we will ship the new order as soon as possible.
Please pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose copy of emailed receipt.
