We want you to feel fresh when you rock what you have purchased from Chosen Wan Apparel. If something is not right, let us know and we will work on it in light-speed.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only take orders by credit card. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We know offer World Wide Shipping! It’s a little pricier but worth every penny!

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders ship within 1 week upon purchase via USPS Priority Mail (3 business days) with complimentary shipping email confirmation. Shipping outside the US may taker longer due to international shipping customs and delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:

Chosen Wan Apparel does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, missing apparel tags, or damaged in any way by the purchaser. Please recognize this policy before returning product via mail. There are no exceptions.

Chosen Wan Apparel will gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise. All hat sales are final, we do not accept returns for hats. Chosen Wan Apparel accepts returns for exchange ONLY. We do not perform cash or credit card refunds on returned items. When you make purchases at www.chosenwan.com you will receive an email with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If your order contains defective or incorrect merchandise, please send us an email at chosenwanapparel@gmail.com before returning or exchanging an item. We only accept returns and exchanges 14 days from date of delivery. You will receive an e-mail back from us with return or exchange instructions. On returned items you will only be credited the amount of the merchandise, you will not be credited for shipping costs.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All orders sent back for return will be refunded less the amount of shipping. If you are exchanging then you will need to submit a new order on www.chosenwan.com and we will ship the new order as soon as possible.

Please pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose copy of emailed receipt.
